Transparência e a Petrobras são Paralelas

Brasileiros e estrangeiros, que investem na PETROBRAS, devem redobrar suas suspeitas quando analisar as DEMONSTRAÇÕES CONTÁBEIS E FINANCEIRAS e demais documentação buscando aferir junto ao Planejamento Empresarial da maior empresa do Brasil.

Á tempos que escrevo sobre TRANSPARÊNCIA, CONTROLE INTERNO, DIAGNÓSTICO EMPRESARIAL e PES – PLANEJAMENTO ESTRATÉGICO SUSTENTÁVEL, e lendo o VALOR ECONÔMICO,datado de 26 de Junho de 2012, página B7, onde está transcrito as informações da Sra. Graça Foster, Presidente da PETROBRAS, que estratégica e oportunamente “ apontou que a estatal vinha divulgando metas que sistematicamente descumpria, convivia com falta de planejamento, controles insuficientes e ineficiência operacional. As antigas projeções de produção, consideradas irrealista pelo mercado e, agora, assumidas pela nova administração, indicou a presidente, contavam com a sorte para serem atingidas.”

Suas palavras e informações demonstram com clarividência a veracidade das informações contidas nas demonstrações contábeis e financeiras e principalmente na execução e realização de projetos em andamento.

É estarrecedor e altamente desconfortável a interpretação de suas informações, devemos entender que se trata da maior empresa do Brasil, em que todo o brasileiro e demais investidores alocavam seus recursos na certeza da verdade contidas em seu planejamento e de seus resultados exarados em seus demonstrativos.

O Conselho de Administração, o Conselho Fiscal, a empresa de auditoria independente, a CVM – Comissão de valores Mobiliários, a SEC (americana), os investidores nacionais e estrangeiros, a sociedade brasileira, devem refletir sobre a gravidade das palavras da Senhora Graça Foster, atual presidente da PETROBRAS, e antes diretoria de Gás e Energia desde setembro de 2007.

Todos os investimentos que estão sendo e que serão pela PETROBRAS realizados, devem merecer uma reflexão mais transparente.

Aqueles que aprovaram seus demonstrativos devem no mínimo rever seus conceitos e valores individuais, ou no mínimo conceitos sobre ERRO, DOLO e INCONSISTÊNCIA CONTÁBIL, reservado as suas devidas limitações.
